How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose PepLoop to change or cancel. Cancelling a free trial at least 24 hours before it ends avoids a charge.

How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Settings and use the account deletion option. Deletion runs on our servers and is permanent.

Is PepLoop medical advice?
No. PepLoop is informational and educational only. Always consult a licensed clinician before starting, stopping, or changing any therapy.

What happens to my scan photos?
Your photo is analyzed to produce text suggestions and is not kept on our servers. See the Privacy Policy for details.
