Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Zeno Productions ("Zeno Productions", "we", "us") governing your use of the PepLoop app and website. By creating an account or using PepLoop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PepLoop.

What PepLoop is

PepLoop is an informational and self-tracking app. It surfaces peptides that may be relevant given the photos you scan and the answers you provide, and it lets you log doses and track how you feel. It is not a pharmacy, a clinic, or a substitute for professional medical care.

Not medical advice

PepLoop does not prescribe, dispense, diagnose, or treat any condition. Anything shown as a "match" or "suggestion" is educational and for you to discuss with a licensed clinician. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on the app. Always consult a qualified professional before starting, stopping, or changing any therapy.

Eligibility

PepLoop is for adults aged 18 and older. By using it you confirm you are at least 18.

Your account

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use PepLoop lawfully. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for abuse, fraud, or to evade these Terms or the health disclaimer.

Subscriptions and billing

Premium features are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly or yearly) billed through your App Store account, and may include a free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorized means, reverse engineer it, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Disclaimers

PepLoop is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. Peptide information may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect, and regulations vary by location. You use PepLoop at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeno Productions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of PepLoop or any decision made based on its information. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will surface material changes in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Apple App Store

If you obtained PepLoop from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. This agreement is between you and Zeno Productions, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
